LUTON 2018

On Friday 29th June 2018 the STEM Champion Develop Luton Conference took place. STEM Champion collaborated with Develop and the National Careers Service to be part of their Careers Inspiration in Schools program. Companies created fun, interactive sessions to inform the children of the different STEM career opportunities available within their area. The four STEM companies directing the sessions were: Roche (Pharmaceuticals & Science), Physik Instrumente (Nanotechnology), Interserve (Construction & Mathematics) and Vauxhall Motors  (Manufacturing & Engineering). Four work experience places were offered to the winners of Vauxhall Motors' 7XR kit car challenge. See below for the Develop case study report.
